Account Manager Liverpool

Job Description

Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Account Manager for a company based in Liverpool L7 area, this is a permanent contract.

\n

Duties will include:

\n

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and maintenance of product listings, catalogue integrity, and product availability. The role ensures that all products are correctly activated, maintained, and aligned across multiple marketplaces.

\n

Location: Remote/Hybrid

\n

Working Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm

\n

Key Performance Indicators & Metrics

\n

Accuracy and completeness of product listings.

\n

Timeliness of new product listing creation.

\n

Product activation and catalogue availability rates.

\n

Resolution speed of suppressed or removed listings.

\n

Accuracy of ASIN and SKU management.

\n

Responsiveness to product-related queries and escalations.

\n

Timely completion of product updates across marketplaces.

\n

Essential Criteria

\n

At least 2 years experience with a Supplier to Retailer relationship.

\n

At least 2 years experience in creating and maintaining online product listings.

\n

Strong data entry, administration and product data management skills.

\n

Competent with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and intermediate-level Excel.

\n

High attention to detail and accuracy.

\n

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.

\n

Ability to investigate, resolve proactively identify product or system-related issues.

\n

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a confident and friendly manner.

\n

Comfortable liaising with different departments and building positive working relationships.

\n

Confident working with systems and large volumes of product data.

\n

Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.

\n

Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience

\n

Experience working within wholesale, retail, ecommerce, or consumer products industries.

\n

Knowledge of catalogue structures, ASIN creation, and listing compliance.

\n

Experience supporting multi-country marketplaces.

\n

Understanding of product setup processes and ecommerce merchandising.

\n

Knowledge of licensing, branded products, or seasonal product categories.

\n
