Gap Personnel who are operating as an employment business are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Account Manager for a company based in Liverpool L7 area, this is a permanent contract.
\nDuties will include:
\nThis position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and maintenance of product listings, catalogue integrity, and product availability. The role ensures that all products are correctly activated, maintained, and aligned across multiple marketplaces.
\nLocation: Remote/Hybrid
\nWorking Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00pm - 4:00pm
\nKey Performance Indicators & Metrics
\nAccuracy and completeness of product listings.
\nTimeliness of new product listing creation.
\nProduct activation and catalogue availability rates.
\nResolution speed of suppressed or removed listings.
\nAccuracy of ASIN and SKU management.
\nResponsiveness to product-related queries and escalations.
\nTimely completion of product updates across marketplaces.
\nEssential Criteria
\nAt least 2 years experience with a Supplier to Retailer relationship.
\nAt least 2 years experience in creating and maintaining online product listings.
\nStrong data entry, administration and product data management skills.
\nCompetent with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and intermediate-level Excel.
\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.
\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
\nAbility to investigate, resolve proactively identify product or system-related issues.
\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a confident and friendly manner.
\nComfortable liaising with different departments and building positive working relationships.
\nConfident working with systems and large volumes of product data.
\nProactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
\nDesirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience
\nExperience working within wholesale, retail, ecommerce, or consumer products industries.
\nKnowledge of catalogue structures, ASIN creation, and listing compliance.
\nExperience supporting multi-country marketplaces.
\nUnderstanding of product setup processes and ecommerce merchandising.
\nKnowledge of licensing, branded products, or seasonal product categories.
