Working at a key site in Stevenage, we are seeking an experienced BMS Engineer. Salary & Benefits: Salary: £60,000 8am - 5pm on Monday to Friday 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme + life assurance (2x salary) Enhanced sick pay after probation Strong maternity & paternity packages 24/7 mental wellbeing support (including app access) Private GP access - same day appointments available Annual eye test covered Discounted health screening Gym membership discounts Cycle to work scheme (save up to ~39%) Cashback & financial wellbeing card Access to 200+ retail discounts and perks Discounted mobile and tech plans The Role: Working on site to carry out reactive work and maintenance PPM to the on-site BMS System Complete PPM work orders on time and submit to BMS Manager for sign off Troubleshoot any BMS / HVAC related problems and assist site engineering in rectifying faults found Coordinate any technical queries from the relevant site teams Provide technical service and support of the on-site BMS / HVAC System Requirements: You will need to have proven BMS Engineering experience Ideally be experienced / qualified with one of the following control systems: Johnson Controls (Metasys), Trend IQ, Schneider Electric, Tridium, Distech, Cylon, Delta. A strong working knowledge of HVAC Systems is beneficial This is a superb position that works with a very established business who will also invest into your on-going development and further training.
