Day Concierge – Luxury Residential - Central London

Salary: £36,000 - £37,000 + bonus

Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour day shifts (7am - 7pm)

Deliver 5-star personalised service to discerning residents and VIP guests: anticipate needs, own every request and complaint, resolve issues swiftly for perfect outcomes, and always put the resident first.

From warm welcomes by name and flawless security screening to managing deliveries, bookings, parking, amenities, contractors, and emergency response – you’ll handle it all with calm confidence, impeccable discretion, and meticulous attention to detail.

Maintain safety & security, oversee facilities and clubhouse access, conduct show rounds, and keep everything running like clockwork while upholding the highest health, safety, and compliance standards.

You’ll thrive if you have:

- proven success in luxury residential, 5-star hospitality, or equivalent high-end environments (with clear progression)

- Deep London knowledge to wow residents and colleagues

- Exceptional English communication (written & verbal)

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
