Corporate Legal Counsel

We are working on behalf of a leading global financial institution seeking an experienced interim lawyer to join its Equity Capital Markets and M&A legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to support a high-performing legal function on a broad range of ECM and corporate transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and M&A

• Background gained within a leading international law firm and/or financial institution

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Available to start at short notice
