Halifax 💷 Circa £40,000 DOE 🕒 Monday - Friday | Days We're recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background who can manage projects, lead teams and ensure high standards of technical delivery, quality and safety. The Role of the Engineering Manager: * Lead, coach and develop the engineering team * Plan and manage engineer workloads, deployment and resource allocation * Oversee engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget * Review technical drawings, designs and project specifications * Manage engineering stock, specialist equipment and workshop standards The Ideal Engineering Manager: ✔ Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering role ✔ Strong leadership and people management skills ✔ Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving ability ✔ Experience managing projects and engineering teams ✔ Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer to the Engineering Manager: ✅ Circa £40,000 salary ✅ Monday to Friday days ✅ Stable, long-term opportunity ✅ Leadership role within a growing business ✅ Opportunity to influence engineering standards and business growth 📩 Interested?
