HR Advisor\n\nManufacturing\n\nNottingham\n\nHybrid\n\nClient Details\n\nMichael Page are delighted to be partnering with a Nottingham based organisation to support with the appointment of a HR Advisor role to join a busy team.\n\nThis role can offer hybrid working with circa 1 day per week from home.\n\nDescription\n\nWorking as part of a small HR team, based at a busy industrial site in Nottingham, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist role.\n\nDuties will include but not limited to:\n\nProvide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures\nManage a wide range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes.\nCoach and upskill managers regarding people matters\nCoordinate recruitment activities and onboarding\nSupport with organisational change projects \nProvide accurate HR reporting and analysis to support decision-making\nSupport with HR projects and initiatives as and when requiredProfile\n\nIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background as a HR Advisor, ideally within a similar sector such as manufacturing, logistics, construction etc\n\nJob Offer\n\nCompetitive salary up to circa £38k\nExcellent career progression and development opportunities\nHybrid working available - circa 1 day per week from home
