As such this has presented the opportunity for a newly created HR Business Partner role to join the growing HR team and support in delivering a high performing and proactive business focussed HR Service.AS HR Business Partner you will work in partnership with Managers across the full range of HR matters to provide consistently high standards of HR service including developing people plans in partnership with directorate/service areas to improve business performance, workforce planning, employee engagement, absence management and employee relations.The successful candidate will support, guide and coach managers on employment issues within their teams, supporting and advising managers with organisational change processes.To be successful in the role of HR Business Partner candidates you will be equipped with the skills to work in an extremely varied, fast pace role whilst providing a high level of customer service.In addition it is important that you are comfortable working with people metrics and confident to use data and analytics to understand and identify opportunities for further improvement.Essential Requirements*CIPD professional qualification to Level 7*Experience of working at a senior HR Advisor level*Experience of advising on complex employee and organisational issues*Experience with Trade Unions*Experience within education is NOT essential for this roleOn offer is an excellent benefits package which includes 46 days holiday plus bank holidays and a generous pension scheme which is close to final salary.Apply today to find out more about this opportunity.
