Legal Administrator

A dynamic, multifaceted leading UK law firm that provides a wide range of legal services to a creative and entrepreneurial client base is looking for a dedicated Legal Administrator to join their London Property office. You will have previous admin experience and/or customer service experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and prestigious team.

\nKey Responsibilities of the Legal Administrator:
\n- File opening and closing processes, including post completion routines
\n- Admin tasks for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme audits
\n- Photocopying and scanning
\n- All aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses.
\n- Maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents.
\n- Managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, Microsoft Office and Search Acumen.
\n- Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance.
\n- Managing workload issues; takes ownership of enquiries and ensures any issues are referred/delegated to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion.
\n- Providing ad hoc support to the group as required including searches and research.
