A prestigious leading barristers’ chambers is seeking a talented Online Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team to work from office 4 days a week and 1 day from home.
\n
\n
Working closely with senior stakeholders and members, you'll create engaging digital content, raise professional profiles, manage communications across multiple channels, and support high-impact marketing and business development initiatives.
\n
\n
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in professional services, membership organisations, legal, regulatory, or reputation-led environments.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content
\n
\n
\n - Create and manage content across website, social media, email, and digital channels.
\n - Maintain the marketing and communications calendar.
\n - Produce news, thought leadership, member updates, and campaign content.
\n - Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility.
\n
\n
\n
Profile Raising & Stakeholder Support
\n
\n
\n - Manage member profiles across websites, directories, and external platforms.
\n - Coordinate submissions to industry and professional rankings.
\n - Support publication of articles, insights, and specialist content.
\n - Advise stakeholders on effective use of social media and digital communications.
\n
\n
\n
Brand & Marketing Support
\n
\n
\n - Design marketing collateral and digital assets.
\n - Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
\n - Support campaigns, events, and business development activity.
\n - Manage external suppliers and contribute to wider organisational initiatives.
\n
\n
\n
Essential
\n
\n
\n - At least 3 years' marketing experience with a strong digital focus.
\n - Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
\n - Experience managing websites, social media, and digital communications.
\n - Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior professionals.
\n - Experience within professional services, membership, legal, or B2B environments.
\n - Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
\n - Design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

\n - Legal, chambers, membership body, or directory experience.
\n - Video editing and content creation skills.
\n - Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital performance reporting.
