This is an excellent long-term opportunity for someone with a passion for creating a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive before and after the school day. The Role As Playworker Manager, you will: Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school club. Plan and deliver a range of fun, creative and inclusive activities for primary-aged children. Ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of all pupils in your care. Supervise and support playworkers, ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff. Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and childcare policies are followed at all times.The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential). Has previous experience working in a breakfast club, after school club, nursery or similar childcare setting. Has experience leading or supervising a team. Is enthusiastic, reliable and highly organised. Has excellent communication and behaviour management skills. Is committed to providing high-quality childcare in a fun and supportive environment.What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of £18-£20 per hour. A long-term role starting in September.
