Project Coordinator \nManchester \n£26,000 - £30,000 + Hybrid Working \nIntroduction \nUK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of a well-established and growing business operating within a specialist luxury sector. \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and prestigious international clients, supporting bespoke projects from concept through to delivery. \nThe Opportunity \nAs a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing client projects from initial enquiry through to successful delivery. \nWorking closely with clients, suppliers and colleagues, you will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring exceptional service levels and maintaining the highest standards throughout. This is a varied position that combines project coordination, client relationship management and commercial awareness within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

\nYou will build relationships with high-net-worth clients, suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to exceptional standards while providing a first-class customer experience throughout. \nKey Responsibilities\n\nBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings\nManaging relationships with both new and existing clients\nCoordinating multiple projects simultaneously from enquiry through to completion\nSourcing, costing, ordering and invoicing products and services\nMonitoring project timelines and ensuring client expectations are met\nLiaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time\nProviding regular updates to clients throughout the project lifecycle\nSupporting the Head of Projects and wider team with project delivery\nOccasional UK and international travel to support client and supplier relationships\nAbout You \nTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:\n\nPrevious experience within a Project Coordinator, Account Executive, Events, Hospitality, Customer Service or Client Services role\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nExceptional customer service skills\nStrong organisational and multitasking abilities\nHigh attention to detail and a proactive approach\nGood numeracy and analytical skills\nStrong Microsoft Office skills\nA full UK Driving Licence\nA flexible attitude towards occasional international travel and varied workloads\nExperience working with bespoke products, luxury services or branded goods would be advantageous but is not essential. \nWhat's On Offer\n\n£26,000 - £30,000 salary depending on experience\nHybrid working\nMonday to Friday, 08:55 - 17:30\nEarly finish every Friday\n25 days holiday plus bank holidays\nAdditional holiday entitlement with length of service\nHalf day off on your birthday\nWellbeing and health benefits\nCompany pension scheme\nClear progression opportunities\nExposure to high-profile international projects and clients\nSupportive and collaborative team environment\nUK Staffing Group Disclaimer \nUK Staffing Group are acting as an employment agency on behalf of our client.
