Position: Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: South West London Salary: £48,000 per annum + Overtime Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial static site in South West London. What you'll do: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems. Perform fault finding and repairs on electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated plant. Undertake basic mechanical maintenance duties including plant checks, filter changes, pump inspections, and supporting the maintenance of HVAC equipment. Respond promptly to breakdowns and maintenance requests, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations. Support minor electrical installation works, system upgrades, and general engineering maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with statutory compliance and health & safety regulations. Maintain accurate maintenance records and liaise with the wider engineering team to ensure high standards of service delivery. What you'll bring: City & Guilds / NVQ in an Electrical discipline or equivalent. Experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance environments. Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills, with a good understanding of basic mechanical systems. A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance operations.
