Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, flexibility required

Work Base: Office based with regular travel

P3 is looking for a motivated Service Coordinator to help lead our accommodation related support service for people aged 25+ with housing related needs.

\n

You'll work alongside the Service Manager to guide a dedicated team, deliver high quality, trauma informed support, and ensure people have the tools and confidence to build safer, more secure futures. Overseeing our accommodation based services, including a 24-hour service, you will have a passion for people, and the service they receive.

What you'll do

\n

* Lead the support team and ensure every person has a key worker and meaningful support plans.

\n

* Oversee safeguarding, risk assessments and compliance.

\n

* Build strong partnerships with statutory, voluntary and housing agencies.

\n

* Support tenancy sustainment and help prevent homelessness.

\n

* Supervise, motivate and develop colleagues.

\n

* Participate in the 24 hour on call rota.

\n

\n

* Excellent communication, organisation and partnership building skills.

\n

* Ability to lead a team and work independently.

\n

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
