If you’re ready to learn, grow and develop every day, we have one question: Are you FIS?About the TeamOur Collections and Recoveries Team are responsible for providing an effective debt recovery service, achieving resolution of Direct Debit queries and obtaining payment of outstanding debt in accordance with the Collections Strategy. As a Recoveries Coordinator you will be responsible for managing debt recovery for Small/Medium/Corporate businesses who are unable to pay and may enter an Insolvent event.What you will be doingWorking with our key stakeholders such as; Risk & legal to prepare and implement indemnity documents.Work with Insolvency Practitioners to submit proof of our debt position and secure dividend payments.Effectively ensure accounts on the debt management database are updated with the latest progress to ensure visibility for the Collections & Recoveries Teams.Closely follow quality control processes ensuring accuracy and attention to detail are always maintained.Act as a contact point for both internal and external stakeholders for the Recoveries Team and support Collections team with administrative tasks where requiredReceive and prepare reconciliation statements from a variety of sources and create records and reports to assemble key insights.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice, insights, and support to ensure Worldpay is protected.Take actions on the back of notifications received by Credit Reference agencies and Insolvency professionals to mitigate risk.What you will bringYou will portray a strong background in Administration and coordination, ideally with previous experience working within Recoveries or a Regulated environment.Have good problem-solving skills with an analytical mind.Be a highly motivated, organised individual and able to work towards tight deadlinesExperience of working with Excel spreadsheetsA confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability in developing relationships with both Internal and external stakeholdersAble to clearly communicate with external business leaders and insolvency professionalsContinuous improvement mindset to enable individual and departmental growthExperience of working in an operational environmentAdded bonus if you havePrevious experience of working with ReconciliationsData Entry skillsInsolvency/ Legal/ Credit Risk experienceInsolvency qualificationPreviously worked in a Collections environmentPrivacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
